The Mars Leadership Experience (MLE) program is the perfect foundation for a career in technical leadership. The 36 months program creates a unique development opportunity for graduates and gives them valuable work experience while gaining all the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career within Mars. The 36 months Program consists of 3 challenging assignments (three 12-months rotations)
Rotations will be across below functions: Sales – Supply Planning – Activity (Initiatives) Management (Project Management)
The Right candidate must have:
